Photographer’s Caption: The United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) partnered with Timorese government, youth local conservation group Konservasaun Flora no Fauna (KFF), students and local communities to replant mangrove seedlings in the Ulmera, Liquiça district of Timor-Leste. Many small island countries, including Timor-Leste rely on the ocean and coastal resources. Unfortunately, climate change has threatened the natural
habitats, livelihoods and the future generation. We must act boldly by passing down our knowledge, cultural values, creativity and skills to local communities, particularly younger generations, to reach our sustainability goals. Save our mangrove forest for future.

We all love nature in this world, especially my country Timor-Leste

Photographer’s Caption: The beautiful nature is the responsibility of all of us. In all the places we live, we must cooperate to save our natural habitat. Ataur, Dili subdistrict of Timor-Leste.
