Event Notes: Climate change has a devastating effect on women, disabled people, and children and marginalised others because it undermines food production and livelihoods in marginalised and disempowered communities. The Panel for this session will explore the implications of climate change on these groups and discuss projects that have sought to empower women and marginalised communities. The lessons learnt from successful examples will be shared with the audience.
